Do Private Banks Attempt to Influence Presidential Elections? New

Residents' Willingness to Pay to Avoid Crime

Journal of Housing Economics, 2024

Crime affects housing markets through more than prices alone. By combining price responses with market liquidity and transaction freezes, the paper estimates welfare losses that are materially larger than standard price-based measures suggest.

Public Debt Management Announcements

Includes @LiquidMexico (data visualization) and Monitoring Minutes (daily AI podcast).
